Estonia – Renewable Energy Installers in Estonian Qualification Framework

Installers of renewable energy production devices, as stated in directive 2009/28/EC may obtain a certificate within the Estonian Qualifications Framework (ESTQF). The ESTQF qualification levels correspond to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), thus enabling mutual recognition of installer's qualifications. Since 2012, all new qualifications issued in Europe carry a reference to an appropriate EQF level.
