The registration is for the training provider, being an individual or a company.

Malta – Scheme for the Registration of Training Courses leading to the Certification of Renewable Energy Systems Installers, providers of Energy Services, Energy Auditors and Energy Managers.

The Scheme registers Training Providers of the relevant courses leading to the certification and not the Installer. Note that the course provider is registered and not the installer. The course provider certifies the installers and provides such list for publication to the Regulator.
